Wednesday 22nd May Loose Ladies  2.00pm-4.00pm. Meet in the Church Hall.

Wednesday 22nd May Film Night .Come along at 6.00pm. For a buffet tea and then watch the film from 6.45pm. Finish the evening with an ice-cream! The title of the film is at the back of the church. Please sign up if you are coming this week. Sheets at the back of the church and in the church hall. This enables us to know how many to cater for. Thank you.

Wednesday 29th May at 9.45 am, The new Archdeacon of the Isle of Wight Peter Leonard will be making a half hour visit to the Church to meet as many parishioners as possible. Please come and join us.

Church Cleaning: Volunteers needed to help with this, once in every four weeks . We are relying on just a couple of people at the moment.


The funeral service for Angela Chapple, who died on 24th April 2019, will take place here at St John’s Church on Thursday 6th June 2019 at 2.30pm followed by cremation at W Crematorium.

The funeral service for Tom Wood, who died on 29th April 2019, will take place here at St John’s Church on Thursday 30th May 2019 at 2.00pm followed by interment at Ventnor Cemetery.

Tea coffee and biscuits will be served in the church hall following the Service.
